Are you saying that the seller intentionally had a fake graded, then sold it?  

More then likly popped real card in and inserted fake--honestly I can't see a professional grader making that big of a mistake.

Are they book covers or are they just posters the size of book covers?

They are specifically designed for text books, as I believe the display said something to that affect.
