Looks like there is a very good chance this will replace Arena in NA as well. Note how it doenst say anything on the pdf about Europe or regions. Yes, but... Arena isn't currently that well subscribed in Europe, well England anyway, probably since the promo cards aren't very good, so it may be quite hard to get hold of these cards. Currently the easiest place to get arena promos is on ebay from the US Dunno about Europe, but it is not well subscribed in...

Yes, I have been playing around with my scanner and just cant get a solid way to scan a foil and have it still be colorful. Is there a better way other than a camera? Cameras make them very shiny, but I like the uniformity of a scan. And I was curious if anyone had a source for foriegn (mostly Asia...
