Re: Summer Rare Price list

It's interesting to see how these prices haven't changed much in so many years, while almost everything else old that is remotely playable or collectable is worth way more now.

Re: How to tell Traditional Chinese from Simplified Chinese

I usually refer people to this thread as lots of people can't tell apart Traditional from Simplified. I'm posting to see if the original poster could please upload the images again.

Re: How to tell Traditional Chinese from Simplified Chinese

This is still probably the best guide to differentiate Traditional from Simplified Chinese (I wish MCM sellers checked this instead of sending whatever they feel like). It would be great if pictures of sealed product were added too. As far as I know, the difference is that Traditional Chinese has 5 ...

Re: starcity has 1 starlit angel chinese in stock!

THIS might be another reason for the price of this card..... ( not mine) http://i740.photobucket.com/albums/xx48/blamu/startlit_chinese_100_zpsza7o7bjl.jpg That makes a lot of sense. I find this card very overvalued. I know Simplified Chinese is very rare, but it's just a regular uncommon! We aren'...

Is this card an uncommon? I wonder why it's so expensive in that case. The last one one on Ebay sold $405. Is Portal so extremely rare in Simplified Chinese that an uncommon can be so expensive? I know there are many angels collectors and this card is also wanted by rarities collectors, but it seem...

Of course, the values on all of these is based on an assumption that graders do not have Mondays, in-law problems, girlfrineds cheating on them or wives going through that delicate time of a womens' life. It also assumes that people in these companies are 100% immune to favoritism, clout and payola...

I'm surprised nobody voted Japanese, while prices are noticeable higher than for the rest of languages (except Korean and Russian, obviously). There's still people that prefer it, for tradition, because they like it more, or because they don't even consider Korean and Russian, as it's too hard to fi...

BGS 10 alpha is extremly rare. This unco (a cheap unco) sold 3400 USD : [img] The BGS 9.5 sell lower than PSA 10. And even lower if there is a 9 in corner/edges/surface. Clearly there is a ga...

It look like the price of the alpha PSA 10 are 2-3 time higher than last year. Even the common sell for 150 + ... It was arround 70-90 on free auctions last year. Alpha is the key set for MTG. The Gem mint alpha is the holy grail :-D It's more surprising when you consider that many of us prefer BGS...
