Re: japanese harm's way
is japanese harms way a misprint? It has the number 1 on it, but not the number 2... According to the image on Gatherer, it has a 2 in the second last line ("2 points of damage"). The 1s at the beginning refer to the one target player or one target creature to whom the damage will be redirected. Is...

signature id?
I bought this card on eBay as "artist-signed" (with a stock picture). I'm thinking that's not Michael Sutfin's signature. Any guesses whose it might be? Just some guy?

I have a chart like that here:

Recently, I've added some other Magic terms to help disambiguate tricky cases, or to help you figure out what the card is. When I get a chance I'll expand the Asian languages, too. S-Chinese vs T-Chinese are tricky.

Online misprints
Well, we've had Magic Online promo cards, now it looks like we have our first online misprint. Apparently the Siege-Gang Commander and Ambush Commander in the Duel Decks was erroneously made non-foil. But the really surprising thing is that they've fixed the problem now, but the already-opened cards...

I found a box that said "Complete Set - 722 cards". Inside were Chinese BB 4th cards, but I think there are 370 cards in CH BB 4th. I've seen two different variations of the tap symbol on Chinese BB 4th (on lands, at least)... maybe that would account for the duplicates? Though there probably aren'...

While you're updating, you should change my "Guide to Identifying non-English Magic Cards" link to "http://www.snazzorama.com/magic/lang/". It's more up-to-date and includes Russian card types.

http://cgi.ebay.com/Wizards-of-the-Coast-Token_W0QQitemZ8323150834 WotC Game Center token of some kind. I've never seen one, but I also never went to any of the game centers. What were they used for? The WotC Game Center in Seattle had an arcade on the first floor, and the game play (tournament) ar...

That one is T-Chinese. I've seen a non-foil one, and it didn't have that line for sure. But I don't think I've seen a foil one. ende73, you can probably tell if your box is traditional or simplified by the SKU numbers listed on this page: http://www.magiclibrary.net/sets-odyssey-block.h...

Re: Kamigawa Promotion (Hobby Japan)
I absolutely don't know this for sure Squt, but I'll give it a guess. I think the lower symbols are Kanji, the kind of symbols that only mean one thing that there are thousands of, and the above ones are "regular" japanese letters for the same word, in case someone doesn't know what that particular...
