Parkage is a French online store specialized in trading card games and accessories. In 2004, they have created a single token card for Magic: The Gathering as advertisement for their store.
The card is slightly smaller than a Magic card and uses very thin cardstock.
It has been distributed exclusively as an insert of the Lotus Noir magazine.

Lotus Noir is the most famous French trading card and trading miniature game magazine with an emphasis on Magic. It debuted in May 1995 with issue #1 and has been released bimonthly.
Due to increasing popularity, the growing trading card market, and the necessity to provide information on a more timely basis, starting with issue #31 in May 2000, its print schedule was changed to a monthly release.
An English version of the magazine came into existence in February 2004.
