Armada Comics Counters

Two years after the introduction of Magic, quite a few cards made use of counters, most of them originating from the Fallen Empires set. To facilitate gameplay, Armada Comics created a variety of cardboard counters and published them in sheets which were inserted in some of their first Magic comic books. 1 Poison Counter was illustrated by Anson Maddocks, 5 Poison Counter and 1 Life Counter by Amy Weber and 5 Life Counter by Christopher Rush. Two of the counter sheets were assigned to more than one type of comic, yet never more than one sheet was included per comic.
