Can any of our members that read Japanese let me know what this is advertising?

as far as I can tell, Japanese is the only language that had this advertisement on the back of the tip/token cards.

Gary, this is the back that I showed you that did not have an English or Korean equivalent.

I gave you several of these in Japanese last time we met up in Seoul.
