After opening 6+ boxsets, the following 4 unique Visions preview boosters are possible:

The cards are listed in the exact order they appear in the pack. Cards in red are the Visions cards with variation.

In total, there are 25 unique Visions cards available in the Visions preview boosters (10 of which are different from normal Visions cards):

In each boxset, I only ever opened one of each Uncommon from the 2 preview boosters. If we assume that you will never get a duplicate Uncommon in the 2 preview boosters in each boxset, then the following 4 combinations are possible for the preview boosters (according to Rare in pack):

Lichenthrope/Lightning Cloud
Lichenthrope/Necrosavant
Lightning Cloud/Undiscovered Paradise
Necrosavant/Undiscovered Paradise

From the 6+ boxsets opened, I only opened 3 of the 4 possible combinations (not opening the Lichenthrope/Lightning Cloud combination).

Regardless of the combination you open, you will always get a set of the 6 Uncommons and 15 Commons. Only 2 of the combinations however, will lead to a full set of the 10 variation cards (the Necrosavant combinations).

Interestingly, if you open each combination once, you will end up with 2 of each Rare, 4 of each Uncommon, and 6 of each Common (except for King Cheetah, you will only get 4). Therefore, the King Cheetah has a different rarity than the other 14 Commons (same rarity as an Uncommon). Moreover, each combination has extra's of some of the Common variations, and they would be:

Lichenthrope/Lightning Cloud (Urborg Mindsucker, Wicked Reward)
Lichenthrope/Necrosavant (Bull Elephant, Dark Privilege, Wicked Reward)
Lightning Cloud/Undiscovered Paradise (Urborg Mindsucker)
Necrosavant/Undiscovered Paradise (Bull Elephant, Dark Privilege)

Something I would like to figure out, is how these cards were printed, and how they were oriented on the sheet. With only 4 unique packs of 15 cards, it is possible that each pack appears twice on a sheet of 121 (with 1 space being unused). This assumes the R/U/C's were printed on the same sheet (which is reasonable considering only 25 unique cards).

Couldn't the unused slot on a sheet be used for one of the "extra" commons?
