Foil filler

My friend just opened what appears to be a foil filler card in place of a rare in Japanese Ravnica booster pack. It's a nice black bordered mirror :)

Here are the shots I took with my camera right there before I told him to stash it into a top-loader, not pass thru the crowd for everyone to gape and bend and leave thumbprints on it :)

I don't have a slightest idea what is its approximate value, except that some of you folks here definitely know, so a price check would be appreciated :)
