Real good news,I just find an Extra Rivals English Quickstart,and is open,so,as soon as I get it,I will compare with the Dutch one,and see if there's any difference.Then,it will be scanning time ;)

BIG NEWS.
The British Rivals Quickstart Set have Normal
Magic Back Date 1996 and the Rivals Quick Start Set Support Cards have DIFFERENT front.The Text is DIFFERENT(Like the Dutch Rivals) from the US Version Ralph,scanning time is coming,tell me,how you wan't to proceed :)

Hi Mike.
I verify and the British and Dutch Cards are the Same.
Meaning that ALL The English/Dutch Versions have different Text,Text or Flavor disposition,Police,from the American Version(Except the Mons's Goblin Raiders).I will be scanning all the Cards very soon and send them to Ralph,so he can Update that Category.I will add a list in between and will complete later on....Long Job ;).Done this Morning :)

I am usually pretty good at figuring out the meaning of words that may get "lost in translation", but these still stump me. I even checked a French-English dictionary, and as far as I can tell, "police" means the guy with a badge in both languages. Can you elaborate?

By Police,I mean the Size of the Letters  they used for
the Text.What is the proper word in English?
Disposition,French Word  :) What I mean,is that the Text on the Card is at a Different Place,what word,should I use?Thanks to let me know.

For the text size, you might say "font size" or "point size". The printing industry uses points to specify letter size, though there are different definitions as to what a point means.

Disposition is close, but "layout" describes it best. The layout of a card refers to the positioning of its elements, so you might say "text layout" or "text positioning".

In one of my former lives, I was an editor for an advertising agency.  :)  I've been helping Ralph with some of the subtlties of printed English, but English is so messy, it's most often just a matter of taste, style, sound, and how you're feeling that day. Regardless, any one who speaks more than one language has my greatest respect.  8)

aah great!! Because I have stored on my computer all english magic card scans out there except Rivals and the World Championship decks.

I recently started on my big work to collect all the foreign cards too (scans that is...) but its a pretty hard work since I dont realy know where to look..=)

Well that maked it junior mamber i guess. hehe.
