If I remember correctly, Dan Frazier used to make post cards with his artwork on them, and Jester's Cap was one of them.
It's not a WotC product, only available from Dan because artists retained the rights to their artwork.
I think I had about half of one that Dan used as packing material when he shipped me some artist proofs.

Yes, the post card measurements are approximately 8.5" X 6".

Not that I'm aware of, but the way to find the answer would be to look through the Ice Age playtest cards.
I've seen quite a few, but not all of them.
It would be neat of they were all shown here on Librarities.
