You are correct, I had them mixed up. It is the Aether Adept/Magic Online combo that exists, no FNM back found. Thanks for pointing it out.

Awesome! Thanks! I'd say that the AVR tips are pretty well mapped out now (at least for the US).

Now, on to the tokens...
There are 4 discrepancies between berkumps' token list and mystical_tutor's:

White Spirit/Magic Online - mystical_tutor lists it, berkumps does not.
Since berkumps only has one white Spirit in his data, this is probably the problem.

Blue Spirit/Avacyn Event Decks - berkumps lists it, mystical_tutor does not.
berkumps, could you verify this? If so, then it is a US token.

Blue Spirit/Magic Online - berkumps lists it, mystical_tutor lists it as EU only, tryst has it.

Zombie/The Multiverse (IDW) - berkumps lists it, mystical_tutor does not, tryst has it.

I have some extra EU tokens & tips (including an AVR Demon/FNM combo).
I could order a 7th Edition German Foil Drudge Skeleton from MKM if it will help grease a trade...

I can verify that these 3 tokens exist.

I have the two blue spirit tokens but not the Zombie. I got the two spirits in a trade but I am pretty sure they are US. We do have a lot of military players here and it is possible to get EU cards and not know it.

Berkumps are do you think your zombie is from a US pack?

A couple weeks ago I uploaded an updated sheet and just updated the URL in my May 18 post. I guess I should have made a new post but I thought I'd save a little space.

I will now add the zombie token to it and start looking for one.

Yup, or rather a Canadian pack :p

It's from a LGS here in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada that opened 6+ cases on the sets release.

Oh, NO! Having Canadian booster wrappings was almost too much, is it possible they have a different card set too?

5 boxes of Korean (and now have a complete set of 2013 except Nicol Bolas)

Note that the card backs that I did not find in Korean are those advertising online play. I think the distributor opted out of those not wanting to divert attention from play in his stores. I am surprised that IDW made it but suspect they are a paying customer, like Ultra Pro.

2 boxes of US plus those from two pre releases and a few dozen from players and judges. I'm sure there are more of these to be found.

A game store here that was a source of US t/t cards has gone out of business so I need to root around more than before.

I just opened a box of 2013, bought in the EU.
The box says Made in the U.S.A. (unlike the boxes from the AVR block).
No new tips and tokens. That is, no deviations from mystical_tutor's list.

I did get a Nicol Bolas! None of the top 4 money cards, however.

Well here is my Second shot Updated 11 Oct

Let me know what else has been found. I suspect there will be two more "In Limited" to make them all 6 combos but there is nothing to insure that.

I placed both the prerelease and the league tokens on here. I have no idea if they are all printed at the same time or not. It stands to reason that more of them are needed than the standard tokens but, of course, there are a number of extra spots on the sheet as it stands.

A player brought me all the t/t they got from 3 booster boxes and that added 6 more tokens to the chart.
