Any idea if these are going to be easy to get hold of?

For those that doesn't know about them:

At the moment both are very easy to buy online. Over time they will likely be somewhere between sealed promo packs, and regular buy-a-box promos. That is they will get somewhat difficult to find, but the value will probably top out pretty early.

From what I understand the contents of both are the same, and only the way they are given out is different? Is that right?

According to what I read, content is the same for those three-card booster packs, just the packaging and how to get them is different.
