Price check on innistrad block in foil.

Hello.

I've been approached with an offer to buy foil a set of Innistrad, Dark Ascension and Avacyn Restored.

I haven't been able to find too much info on private sales.
ABU would charge about $2800 but that seems to be a tad excessive.

Anyone have any other input i would appreciate it.

Check ebay completed sales

Innistrad foil set:

Feb.9 $323 (auction)
Feb.24 <$475 (best offer)
Mar.5 <$449 (best offer)

Avacyn Restored foil set:

Jan.5 $308.25 (auction)
Jan.17 $342 (auction)

Dark Ascension had no recent completed sales, but it would be less than either of those above, so you're looking at <$1000 easily for all 3 sets.

$2800 is FAR too much in my opinion.
