sorry, no idea on value but that poor baby suffered.

I'm wondering if it would be tournament legal though being that short,

Bet "Mr. Crimped Cards" (Tha_Gunslinga) can give you some guidance.

It's a shame you don't have the other piece of the card. It would probably make it worth a lot more.

That is definitely NOT tournament legal, as you would be able to tell the difference through a sleeve.
