I have an 003 and one of the plain black bordered ones (either 002, 004 or 005). What are these worth in NM condition?

Is it plausible that someone would pull the 003 in an Innistrad booster?

How do I tell the difference between 002/004/005, without knowing the source?

003's are $20-$50 really depends on who is looking at the time your parting with it.

002 has an MTG back.
004 is the same front and back
005 has a black back.

It's been a while since I've seen a 002 sell but It should be around $20-$25 I believe. Unfortunately these are the most common fillers.
