Missprinted foil gruus guildmage - value?

I found a foil gruul guildmage that only has a partial set number on it. The normal card is number 144/180. my particular one only has the 1 and is missing the 44. (and it's not the release card)

anyone have any idea if this thing has any value? thanks for the help.

I have seen these before. It isn't on all of them, but it is rather common. 1/3$ is exactly correct.
