These items are so rare that the seller could probably name their price. Dragsamou might be the best one to chime in on this, but this would be my guess for a price range:

German Portal 1 booster pack: $8-$15
Japanese Portal 2 booster pack: $10-20 box $350-$800

I would personally be willing to buy packs at the low-end price i've quoted above, and i have learned through the years that there are folks out there collecting this sort of thing with much deeper pockets than me.
