Portal Second Age booster pack

Post by TheSundry » Thu Mar 15, 2007 7:24 pm

I have recently come into possession of an unopened booster pack of Portal Second Age. In trying to find a price comparison, I have only found one person on eBay selling them.

Is this because these are very rare, or just extremely unpopular? I'm wondering whether trying to sell the pack unopened or opening it up and sell off the individual cards is the better way to go.

Anyone know for sure? Advice? Thanks in advance.

Rare.

I have been looking (unsuccessfully) for a box for a while. As a pack it is worth 7 bucks. There are some cards that could be worth more int he pack, but realistically it is unlikely that you will open those cards. I think your best hope would be Sea Drake (an uncommon that is pretty good in Legacy).

Thanks so much for the advice. I've decided to list the Portal Second Age booster pack at auction on eBay:

if anyone's interested.

At this point, it looks like the packs are worth quite a bit more than I thought. Right now they are eBaying consistently at 13 bucks a pack. Pretty soon it will be as expensive as P3K... (lets hope not).
