Mutilated Expansion Symbol

This also seems to be a quite unique misprint, i never saw a somehow misprinted expansion symbol before. This is the only affected card on the sheet i suppose ( foil portoguese Legions Wirewood Hivemaster)
Other Foils are correct and the non foil as well.
Any idea, what happened here ?

Interesting the only other shrunken expansion symbol that I know of is: Exodus German, for the moment I don't have any rational explanation why only one Foil Portuguese card is affected.

Imho, the symbal here is not shrunken. The visible part has the same size as a normal expansion symbol. Its just cut off somehow.

I see now, as the pics are a little blurry, I didn't noticed.
