Partial double printed card

For now i thought, a double printed card runs completely through an additonal printing of one layer.
Now i found this partial double print. The doubleprinting only affects the black area between picture and white border and only the top right area of the card. How does this happen ?

Is it my eyes or are the mana symbol and the number by it affected too?

Yes they are affected , too. The black layer was printed twice, then stopped suddenly....
