Non-gold promo stamp (?!)

Hi,
just got a Spanish Fate Reforged (Launch) promo - and noticed a non-gold stamp.

I thought they always are gold ... Is this new/normal? Or is it a known Spanish thing?

Hello!
I can confirm that the spanish version of this card also has a green shiny stamp, but the next wave for Dragons of Tarkir release is golden.

English has green too, at least mine does.
Please, Please, PLEASE!!!!
NARROW YOUR PICTS TO 999 OR LESS, And if you don't know the pixel size just look at the post after you make it and if it is too large go back and make it smaller.
I know it is a pain in the ...... compared to so many other web packages that just handle all that for a person (though some at the cost of definition in the picture), but it would be greatly appreciated.

As I don't own or collect any Promos after 2010, in any languages, is it the Only Promo having a green date, or others do exist ?

This green type doesn't look like a stamp to me, but printed like in pre-Khans promos.
