The Magic Librarities

Usually on all Nemesis Foils the Foil Shooting Star is touching the left border of the textbox frame. Recently several Nemesis Foils appeared, with the foil star shifted a lot to the right. So far just found on Rares and Commons. Does anyone have informations about this ? Do Uncommons also exist with this odditiy ?

Only English Nemesis cards are affected by that misplaced shooting star ?

I have not seen any others. So for now i say yes, only english ones.
