Sealed promo packs and Arena promo Land packs

I got these sealed packs, each one contain one foil basic and one another foil. Anyone know what they are and are they worth anything?

And anyone interest in these sealed arena promo packs?

Oh, I checked the contain of old fat pack. It seems correct.
If so, that worth nothing.
