The question I have is about the two "First place for Factions" cards

The Mirrodin Peace Strider (gain 3 life) is numbered 119/155
Tha Pharaxian Pierce Strider (opponent loses 3 life) is 123/155 which appear to be normal sequence numbers.

Is this a special run of these uncommon cards (my SWAG) or were these taken from the regular production?

If a special run, why not use special numbers and will they be distinguishable from the standard print run?
