I know it has been noticed before in other boosters but I wanted to ask about this booster variation with the promotion for the Planeswalkerpoints.com website on it.



Then I realised it was a card inside the booster



Looks like most of the "Made in the USA" boosters are to some extent see-through.

On the plus side, the lack of foil does mean they scan better!
