German Limited lands sorted by slots

I had a hard time to sort the lands, but no effort is too heavy to answer misprint questions

This should be valid for all Foreign Limited and Unlimited editions, maybe as well as for English Revised. At least the extremly high alignment of Forest V3 title has been transferred since Beta.
Features looked at:
- alignment of white "L" in “Land”
- alignment of white title (especially with Forest)
- difference between white and black in title, type and Illus. line (all lands)
- alignment of lower case “g” in title (Mountain only)
After finished I noticed:
1. There were very small ink blotches or even patterns of blotches on some sub-versions. As they almost never differ in saturation, it’s likely that they were errors on the printing plate.
2. Some sub-versions had a side of the colored frame around the art box wider than normal.
The numbering is tentative and should be called a – e. I need to think about a consistent way for sorting. In many cases it seems that when going after the title alignment, the type line isn’t in order et vv.
