Visions Warthog reminder text

Post by berkumps » Fri Sep 07, 2012 3:51 am

So, can someone tell me why only certain languages have the reminder text after Swampwalk? Is WotC implying that players from certain countries are smart enough to not need it? And the obvious corollary, players from the other countries aren't?

Again, I didn't have the Portuguese version, so another thanks to mmgun for pointing out that Portuguese webstore.

If there wasn't reminder text on the English card the rules lawyers would argue about it.

berkumps that layout is really cool. I wish I had a set of those but English is enough of a challenge for me.

Thanks for pointing that out and making the layout.

Could it be the choice of each translator himself? Probably because with the text in some languages the script had become too small.

If you want to collect more cycles: Wall of Blossoms varies too.

Well, we Americans have the best of all of you....

We can dine on Pizza, escargot, schnitzel, tocos, kimchi, beef, or most anything you want to name and still be at home.

I still need the Portuguese Warthog and Skulking Ghost.

Are we talking Stronghold? What languages was it printed it? The only ones I have seen after that had no alternate rules text.

Please show me as I would like to collect a set, like the warthog and Ghost.

OBTW, the page shown above was kindly donated to me by berkumps and I just asked for a hog and ghost from Europe. I'll publish the finished pages.

Yes, we do. To be honest, I have seen only the German version besides the English so far. It has no "(Walls cannot attack)".
