Sorting of foils in NPH

I opened 2 boxes of NPH and pulled 3 duplicate foils (out of 16 total). Is this typical for this set?

I did not get any duplicates in the two boxes I opened.

I did not get any dupes with the one box I opened, though the pattern has been remarkably similar for me for the past few blocks:
3 commons
2 uncommons
1 rare/mythic

I opened a case last weekend and didn't get any duplicates (and it was almost 50 foils - above expectations, isn't it?).

Looks like my box was just a fluke then. Wish they had been useful foils.
