Reprints ? Some help needed here
Hello there,
A friend of mine has some odd cards, Keith says they are nothing special, but I'd like to know where they come from and where I could see the list of them, to know if there are more, and at last buy them.
One of them is an English Exodus White Border card which rarity has changed Mirri, cat warrior, Exodus expansion symbol.
The other one, copyrighted 1998, is Ice Age Brushland, White Border with Ice Age expansion symbol.
Thanks for enlighten me on this.
Patrick

Hello Alexis !
I was expecting Mr Cappello's final word to tell you the truth.
Let me explain : this guy is currently selling off his collection (yes, another one, my bank account hates me at the moment), and he did not seem to know about these cards. He's a player (not a collector) and was just surprised about the fact these were like this. I could recognize Chronicle cards though.
I already have the Anthology BOX and it is................ SEALED !
Therefore I completely forgot about these.
Keith did not know about them either though he suspected they were nothing special.
Yes, I do read Librarities............ FORUM (did you notice the number of posts I have here since I've been registered) and acknowledge I only use Rarities to get the barcodes on the sealed boxes when a seller does not make the difference between S Chinese, T Chinese and Japanese (French people tend to call these cards Asian cards, no matter the language).
13 years of Magic History is hard to learn and remember in 18 months (though I nearly spend my daytime on this), believe me !
We should build up Quizzes here, that would be fun !

Yes, another known misprint is Carnivorous Plant having the Legends expansion symbol rather than the Dark.MAGICSALEMAN wrote:Hello Pat,
If you look this Mirri further you'll see that this card is a misprint regular Wotc card.
In the Exodus extension Mirri has 2/3 and in the Anthologies versions Mirri has 2/2.
And the Rarety symbol is in grey color in place of gold in the Exodus extension.

Yes, that's what the guy mentioned to me, and this is why I was surprised also. Did not mention that before as I wanted to get rough information first.MAGICSALEMAN wrote:Hello Pat,
