Questions about Gateway promos

1) Calciderm is 5 DCI, Yixilid Jailer is 7 DCI and Zoetic Cavern is 8 DCI
Which is 6 DCI ??
2) Treetop Village and Faerie Conclave have not the X DCI number but the * x/x number, why ?

Thank you Drag.
Effectively Treetop and Faerie are considered by Wiz prize for Summer Magic and for Gateway Events, reading the official pages.
But at this point i consider, for collection purpose and considering the number, both Release Promos rather Gateway Promo (Maybe Wiz have not ready new gateway promos and give those.....)

The N°6 Gateway is Reckless Wurm.
The question was about the N°9 and the fact that Gateway promos were released by 3.

My mistake too. However i've meant say just about the "Mistery of the Third Lost" ....
