I actually lost money to someone about that I think.
I was very sure about mana drain. I would never want to be labelled as someone who would make this stuff up, so for what it is worth - I was well informed about mana drain, I am not sure what happened.
As of right now the only speculation I have on a promo foil is Piledriver, but my only basis is the widely known - there is new art out there. At this point I am really against Judge Promo's. I don't like the 'pre-distribution' that goes on.
