Hi Members.
I thought that I own All the Armada Comics existing(See List Below).
While searching,I find this and bought some





I will wait to receive them to check if Only the cover is with Alternate Art, or the content is different from the Fallen Empires 2/2 that I own. If any
Members have info on that issue, thanks to let me know.

Nice find there. I have never seen that edition either. At first I thought is might be the compliation issue, but there was only one issue for Fallen Empires Compliation. I snagged a couple of copies for myself. I'll be opening one to see if contents are identical to original issue #2 which has October date instead of November.

Nice find! Thank you very much for saving one for me. So the hunt for possibly existing further comics is open again...

You're Welcome ;-) Looks like,I was not hunting enough Rarities ;-D

I'll have to go back and check my collection. But I do remember that there were at least a few comics that had alternate front page designs. My understanding was this resulted from different distribution channels. There was one front page setup for subscribers who had comics delivered directly from either Wizards or Armada/Acclaim. There was a different front page for those who got them from hobby shops and other retail comic sellers.

Customers who were subscribers got their comics a bit earlier. In some cases the entire front artwork was different. In others the difference was nothing more than the orientation of the white rectangle where a mailing address went (direct mail subscribers had a vertically oriented rectangle while retail purchasers had a horizontally oriented rectangle).

If my memory is correct, the practice only affected some of the Fallen Empire and Ice Age comics. And the difference was confined to the cover page.

I received mine today,so these are the difference from a Sealed aspect:
First the New version that I received.
Fallen Empires 2 of 2 Nov.
Contains Fallen Empires Booster Pack.
Bar Code is on the right horizontally mentioning Newsstand Sales
Ads on the back are different.

Fallen Empires Oct No 2.
Contains Creature Tokens.
Bar Code is on the left Vertically mentioning Direct Sales

There's definately a Fallen Empires Alternate Version N01,and I don't know yet about the Compilation.As,there's 4 Different Ice Age,and 2 Ice Age Compilations,l will be happy if you can check your collection,and any Members owning Armada MTG Comics can have a look now with these infos,to confirm the existence of others.

Newtand versions exist with different variations from one comic to another:
*It says "Newsstand Sales" instead of "Direct Sales"
* Some of them, can have a variant cover (Fallen Empires 1/2 & 2/2)
*"Direct Sales" not mentioned in the UPC bar code area.
*The secondary barcode is thinner than the "Direct Sales" version.
*The UPC bar code numbers are different.
*Newsstand UPC sticker over the direct sales UPC area.

My pleasure, at the same time it's also of a reminder that I still don't know 100% about the List of Armada Comics that needs a confirmation that they exist in sealed. I still need to find answers.
