Missing things from magazines and cards sets

So, just an fyi neither of these sections have been updated since Kamigawa block. Particularly, I noticed that player guides have not been updated with pictures. I am sure there is more missing from this section. I will see what guides I have and will scan the covers Also, I will note what I am missing. Should be easy for Alex to update if we can get all the pictures together for him.
