Well, i have all the posters.

I noticed that the measures are not reported correctly and that there is no "backside" poster.

Visions posters measure 32x43 cm

Tempest posters measure 31x42 cm

There is also a Visions poster - measure like - showing a "backside MTG card" with blank backside.
