I'm headed to Target and Wal-Mart today!

follow up on Mass Market promos.

Went to 2 WM and 1 Target.

As I mentioned some time ago, here in Colorado the Magic cards in Wall Mart and Target are handled by venders. for some strange reason Colorado Springs is divided into two territories. In my recon I found that none of the stores I visited had this new promo. I did find:
both 2013 promos
both 2014 promos
the Genesis Hydra 2015
These occurred both in the 2-booster and the 3-booster packs AND in the left-overs boxes (my term for the plastic boxes they fill with old decks from damaged packages, they stick a couple of these in the box so you have showy ends)
All the above were included randomly in these boxes.

Please correct me if I am wrong but it appears that this is not alternate art but the same as the Fate Reforged card

My guess is that this will show up later when more of the old promos are gone.

Since 2007, Resale Promos so far are never with Alternate Art.

anyone could get me one ? how much would it cost ? (I'm also missing the 2 last one :) )

Effai, I still am holding the 2 Xathrid Necromancers for you, plus some other cards, remember?

Also, I checked my neighborhood WM & Target, and no luck at either one. I did get a $30 plastic case with 2 sealed Fate Reforged Intro Packs and half of a Fate Reforged Clash Pack. plus a Fate Reforged Land Pack. and a Genesis Hydra and Xathrid Necromancer. Anyone else seen these at their local Target?

Yes, Those are the boxes I refereed to above. sometimes they have some darn nice decks in them. One had the Green Commander deck in it.

I have been back to 3 more WM without finding the new promo.

Not concerned though, as the venders are not real hot on getting them out while older ones are available.
