Liliana of the Veil Regional PTQ Promo

I know this is old news, but it was not mentioned on the forum, I think.
So, I need to find a place for those Promos

I would sort it to the Pro Tour Promos section, since it requires a qualification and is not available just for attending an event like the GP Promos.

Players who compete in a Regional Pro Tour Qualifier during 2015 will receive a Liliana of the Veil promo cards.
All participants in a Regional Pro Tour Qualifier receive an exclusive Liliana of the Veil promo card.
So for you, I need to add a New tab in the Pro Tour Subsection ?

I thought PTQ's were open to anyone that wanted to play?
If that's the case, wouldn't this be a participation promo, just like the GP promos?

Players that qualify for a Regional PTQ can play in one anywhere in the world that day, and will receive a promo foil copy of Liliana of the Veil.
This version of Liliana will be the promo through the next three PTQ seasons.
So for me this is indeed a Participation Bonus for Regional PTQ

In addition to qualifications, Regional PTQs offer an exclusive promo card to every participant.

There are now pre-qualifier tournaments for the PTQ tournaments. People have been calling the PPTQs.

there are still some regular ptqs over here. i wonder if everyone there also gets a copy (i doubt it though).

During the overlapping seasons there are PTQ's for next Pro Tour and PPTq for PTQ for Pro Tour after that. They cannot switch this from one day to another because else noone plays the next pro tour (:
The Lilianna Promo is ONLY for qualifying for and joining a PTQ via winning a PPTQ.
