I think this is not news to many of you but my summer has been so chaotic that I missed the original talk about this--and didn't even hear anything at GenCon this year. Of course with WotC not even bothering to have a booth at the Con it is a little harder to catch up on things.

A pro player dropped me a rumor that there is even a class action suit against Hasbro by collectors because of distribution.
OK Which of you guys is starting a suit?????????????
