Can someone grab the scan and put it there, as I can't access to the auction, and at any rate, Ebay links are always lost with time. Thanks

These can be given away in-store instead of FNM promos for stores that have not yet reached Core level or The top weekly finisher gets 4x promo tokens.
Only GATEWAY stores could get these tokens. Combine that with the fact that wizards phased out the gateway program, meaning the only stores that could order these are stores already in the gateway program as of 6 months ago, which is highly highly unlikely as stores rush like hell to get out of it. Gateway stores can't do FNM. Basically there are probably less that 100 stores worldwide that qualified to get these.
