Past JP boosters were produced by US or Belgium plant.
But JP Theros boosters are made in Japan.

Spanish boosters are made in USA now, when European Spanish boosters used to be printed in Belgium...

I think Spanish has had some made in the US at least as far back as Worldwake.

What I meant is :
there are no more Spanish boosters made in Belgium. Which was not the case before.
