In japan, if you buy alara reborn pack and open the lucky card, you get a golden deck box. Info on this site.

Looks probably the same as the deck boxes with a mana symbol on it except for the gold colour. I'm using it and its not too bad.

I have no clue, seeing that only some stores carries the deck box, I would assume there isn't that many.

I don't really want the box, I just want the card. Just wondering how many boxes I'd have to crack before I pulled one.

why do japan get all the cool promotional stuff? So pulling that siren card will get you a golden box? It is not directly purchasable?

Open the lucky card and get the golden deck box at the spot

Campaign information:
When you purchase Alara Reborn pack, open it at the purchased sight and if you open the illustrated lucky card, you may exchange the card for the golden deck box.

That is what I am understanding. I don't think Japan is printing it's own boosters yet but that may come some day.

The Japanese have always been inovative in promos.
