new cards are easy. Is reading just new cards enough?

Kinda on this subject, while working on a little Korean project for Mister Foilcard I discoverd that there are two different title fonts in the Korean 4th edition (BB). Your project may be quite challengeing if you bite off too big of a target group.

yeah....I'm sticking to sorting english cards right now...however, if I find a card I can't read it will go in the "I can't read this" bin...which is "sort of" like sorting foreign cards...

things are getting better with magic cards...

...and yugioh cards work like a charm.

Think there would be a market for that?

I haven't tried pokemon cards yet, but seems reasonable.

Any requests for card systems?

How are you able to sort the cards without damaging them? Do they have to be sleeved?

I think they can be. I'll be using a suction cup if this whole thing pans out.

If you could just output it to an excel spreadsheet or database, the sorting is irrelevant, I think.

Say, how large of a device are you looking at presently. Just an estimated size and weight is good enough (wondering if it would be portable enough to use for registering sealed deck for events).

I graduated without finishing the device. :'-( I documented all the OCR work and can send you my report if anyone is interested. I may work on it this summer, but I'm not sure. For now I'm in vacation mode. ](*,)
