Darn, can't find it atm. Was looking for that article, Inquest? Dualist? printed in a March long ago about Blue being banned. That was the best one ever (except maybe the adding of Purple as a color).

My personal favorite was when they announced that since most of the problem cards were blue they simply were going to ban the basic land "island".

Of course, this was before we had all of the nonbasics that produce blue that we do now (lol).
