It looks like the holiday promo this year is Evil Presents:

I have a hard time seeing this being as popular as Gifts Given or Fruitcake Elemental.

Thing is, you must not attack him before Presents can attack, otherwise, it will be a big blocker.

Is this an old card ? In that case, we can't use it in Standard ?

Its a silver border card, rules does not apply.
