I doubt they'll do, but they've already translated Pre-releases and Gateway (and some others in Japanese).

For me it would be fun to trade here, but it's going to be a lot of work for us.

We would have to create a sort of database for trading like magictrade, but for promos only, and only the members here.

Serrated Arrows was Timeshifted, so a foil version does already exist.
