I'm talking about Isochron Scepter
There's some discussion on mtgsalvation about this card.
But I can confirme that's true, I have one of 3 cards that my friend receive from Wizards by mistake on a sealed pack (The pack come with one newer promo card (don't remember the name) and 3 Isochron Scepter).
They will be this week on Ebay for sell.
It's not the first time that Wizards make this type of mistake, but right now this happen with a Portuguese guy :-)
