Tenth : foil distribution anomaly

Hi,
I've open 3 booster boxes and in 2 of them i found 5 foil rares (including a french foil shivan dragon) and no foil commons. :-D
Has anybody found such an anomaly ?
If it is confirmed in my fouth box, i will go to my retailler and buy him another lot of boxes.

if 10th edition I am interested in the Shivan.
