Is that a Prerelease promo card or a Release one ?
All core set promo are from Release promo card ? (even Shivan Dragon ?)

Shivan dragon was a prerelease card for the russian edition, as it was the first russian édition

Just received the promos and stuff today. Damn looks so nice!
BTW...the basic lands have the art from Ravnica and Kamigawa

No. Its sealed by 8X

I believe they are sealed in packs of 8.
