For those who didn't see it on social media (thx to Mark for tagging me in), a compilation of know information can be found here:

I think some cards look really cool(eg. Ancient Tomb). But in light of the recent flood of premium cards, I'm glad I decided to limit myself to the first 25 years of land cards …

Boosters are getting expensive and hard to get hold of, I expect a 20 year old Chinese booster to pose a bit of difficulty but brand new products shouldn't be this difficult, unless they are deliberately making it so.

Still it is a Masters Set so I guess that justifies the cost, maybe. At least it looks like it is only in Japanese and English this time.

Card selection looks nice so far - and the Topper Boosters with the extended art promos (Masterpieces?) are a cool idea ... BUT why the even more increased price compared to previous (already expansive) Masters sets?! #-o

Not sure if this is a point where they are trying to max it out to much ...

I think they are trying to see just how much they can make.

At the moment lots of people are selling individual cards for $$$ but Hasbro only gets the price of the booster, they want a cut of the $$$.

So they are saying that these are premium and you don't need them to play etc. but they know people will spend lots more than they already do, just for a chance to get the really expensive cards.

I just don't know why they are making them so hard to get hold of though, you would think that there are plenty of overseas people who also have money to waste on these products so making them limited is a bit strange!

UMA will be exclusively sold through LGS's. Let's see how this one will work …

Other than that, sure, I totally agree.

Hi

As I will need to create a New subsection about those 40 Premium Box Toppers. I've just find that info that booster packs are searchable (to be reverified of course):

Except the blister packs of 3, which will be sold at the big box stores.

I have been watching the YouTubes.

Apparently the boosters work out to be $2 cheaper if you buy them in the 3 pack blisters from Wlamart.

If you buy the box from your LGS then you are paying a premium for the free box topper.

But if the LGS opens the box to sell packs, then they are not allowed to sell the box topper, so have to up the price of each booster to match the MSRP.

Or something like that.

Hi Mark

I'm working on that New subsection, this is the info I have so far:
MSRP*: $335.76 per box; $34.99 per 3-pack blisterpack; $13.99 MSRP per pack (*MSRP applies to United States only)
