He might have opened all those uncommons & lands at the same time, and who knows- maybe he kept them. I have 62 cards from the same sheet myself, maybe he has something similar.

I had a sol ring miscut almost exactly the same way.

bottom right corner on the island, bottom right corner on the balance, and all the corners on the sol ring look off. Sol ring's corners look like a straight cut instead of rounded. The island looks too rounded. The balance looks like the bottom edge is inset from the corner cut.

If it wasn't for those problems, I wouldn't see an issue with one person having a bunch of cards all offset by the same amount, especially basic lands. Odds that they got them in a starter deck or something would be pretty high assuming legit. Those pics and all those corners just don't seem right.

when I met him, the cards aligned with normal cards exactly, and he had a lot because he is a small-time dealer. But hey, do what you want :).
